Read this before you buy, placing an order means you accept it

Delivery

• Paid resources are escrowed and land in the Keymaster account of the Cfx.re account you log in with at checkout
• Free resources arrive as a download link from Tebex
• Delivery is automatic, give Keymaster a few minutes to show the asset
• Nothing is sent by hand, if an order is stuck open a ticket with the transaction ID

Escrow and editing

• Every paid resource ships through Cfx.re escrow, the code is encrypted on their side, not mine
• The config is open and meant to be edited, so is any other file shipped open, the package page lists which ones
• Locked files cannot be opened or edited, that is how escrow works and it cannot be unlocked per buyer
• Decrypting, dumping, reverse engineering or repacking a resource ends support and access with no refund
• Need something changed inside a locked file, ask in Discord, if it is useful for everyone it goes into an update

Licence

• One purchase covers one server, a second server needs a second purchase
• The licence is tied to the Cfx.re account that bought it and cannot be transferred or resold
• Sharing, re-uploading, leaking or selling the files ends support and access with no refund
• You may not publish a resource anywhere, changed or not, free or paid

Refunds

• All sales are final, the products are digital and delivered the moment the payment clears
• Check the framework, the dependencies and the version on the package page before you order
• Buying the wrong package is not a refund reason, open a ticket and I will swap it
• A chargeback ends access and support and gets the Cfx.re and Discord account blocked from the store

Support

• Support runs in Discord, open a ticket with your transaction ID
• The customer role is assigned automatically when the payment clears
• Support covers the resource as sold, not your whole server, not other people's resources and not your own edits
• Send the config and the server console error with the ticket, it is the fastest way to get an answer

Updates

• Updates are free while the resource is on sale, there is no fixed schedule
• Pull the new version from Keymaster, escrowed files do not update themselves
• Back up your config before an update and move your values over, updates can add new settings

Compatibility

• Every resource is built for RedM and tested on a live server before it goes on sale
• The framework and the dependencies are listed on each package page, VORP unless it says otherwise
• A resource not fitting a framework it was never built for is not a bug and not a refund reason
• Conflicts with other people's resources are looked at, not guaranteed to be fixed

Privacy and liability

• Payment is handled by Tebex, card details never reach me
• Bzhar Scripts is not liable for data loss, downtime or bans on your server
• These rules can change, the version on this page is the one that applies
